Share My Dabba - A novel concept by Mumbai Dabbawallas to feed hungry street kids of Mumbai

Mumbai Dabawallas, the certified Six Sigma by Harvard, are up to yet another novel task. They are out to feed the two lakh hungry kids on Mumbai streets through the 16 tons of food that gets wasted in the city dabbas everyday. The video is about ‘share my dabba’ wherein the dabbawallas will take the tiffins to the hungry kids which will not only help feed them, but also save a lot of food that would otherwise get wasted.

Produced by Lightbulb Motion pictures and directed by Adity Nair, ‘Share my Dabba’ is an interesting venture to feed the needy without disturbing anyone’s daily life or money. Dabbawallas are in action again. Do watch the video and share it so that it reaches to a larger section of the population who can join in this generous act. This Diwali, lets light up a few more lives and feed a few more hungry kids. Just put the ‘share my dabba’ sticker on the tiffin boxes and the ever-reliable dabbawallas will do the rest!
