Punjab’s batsman Yuvraj, played a crucial knock for the touring side against Maharashtra at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune showed glimpse of his past form. He scored 136 off 242 deliveries including 25 fours and a maximum. But his recent absence from the national side and past failures played key role in BCCI’s decision to not hand him the contract for the coming year.
