India vs England 4th ODI : India reach 116/0 in 20 overs at Birmingham

India has crossed the Hundred run mark without losing a wicket in an ODI the first time since the Australia tour last year. This has been exceptional batting by the two openers as Ajinkya Rahane and Shikhar Dhawan look in top form.

While Shikhar has looked his confident best for the first time in ages, Rahane has gone into god mode as he is smacking the bowlers here and there for boundaries. Rahane in the meanwhile has crossed his half century mark for the first time in the series after missing out on it on 2 previous occasions. The England bowlers as they have done throughout this match have looked clueless and both the Batsmen have been using it for their advantage.

Alastair Cook brought in Moeen Ali to get some change in pace and trajectory in the bowling but that move has itself failed miserable as Rahane has smacked him for a Six and a four already in this match. He has also developed a liking for Anderson here as he has not only hit him for 4 boundaries in an over but has also danced down the track to hit him for six.

Even Dhawan has looked comfortable against pace as well as spin here. He has looked comfortable hooking and pulling against pace and has also danced down the track against the spinner. The success of this pair only means bright things for the Indian team.
