EPL Table & Results: Points Table and Team Standings at 2014-15 Barclays Premier League Week 32

Manchester-

Manchester United were the biggest headline grabbers of the week following their thumping 4-2 win against neighbours, Manchester City. The facile win at Old Trafford saw the Red Devils four points clear in third place. Whether they can hold on to that will depend on the result of next week’s fixture against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Liverpool kept pace with the rest of the pack after seeing off Newcastle United at home. Raheem Sterling and Joe Allen were on target as a tantalising last few weeks are in store in the Barclays Premier League (BPL). Chelsea meanwhile, continue to get results despite not getting out of first gear. Troubled by Queens Park Rangers (QPR) during various spells of the game, a late Cesc Fabregas goal after good teamwork from Oscar and Eden Hazard ensured that Chelsea hung on their seven goal cushion. Another couple of wins may well the seal for Jose Mourinho’s side.

Arsenal’s prolific form continued as Aaron Ramsey’s solitary goal was enough to hand the Gunners their eight straight win in the league. United lie one point behind them but on current form, look certian to clinch the runners-up spot. Yannick Bolasie was the player of the weekend as his hat-trick took Crystal Palace to a comfortable 4-1 win against Sunderland in the Stadium of Light. Leicester City’s hard fought win, in injury time, in a bottom table tussle with West Bromwich Albion gave them a major shot in the arm for survival. James Vardy was the hero.

An emotional return to Tottenham for Tim Sherwood ended in sweet revenge as he masterminded a 1-0 win, giving Aston Villa some breathing space at the bottom of the pile. Meanwhile, Southampton also kept their top four hunt in check after beating Hull City at home. Stoke City and West Ham got a share of the spoils at Upton Park after involving in a hard-fought mid-table tussle. Marco Arnautovic’s stoppage time equaliser earned a point for Mark Hughes’s tenatious side.

That true the table is wrong

I’m sad to see Frank Lampard back into EPL, especially when he plays against his former club. It taught us that… there is no such thing as loyalty BUT JUZ B PROFESSIONism. Chelsea shd hv kept him to train academy youngster in Chelsea, exactly what it is going to do with Drogba. The likes goes to long serving guy like JT , mainly bcoz these players bring Abranovic (Chelsea Owner) Not only the reputation, but also the European
History empanelled in the history of the club by delivering him the CL trophy !!!

if arsenal and man united can beat chelsea then both teams have a chance to even win the premier league. if thats the case, man united vs arsenal might also be a decisive game!
