Alexis Sanchez scores cheeky penalty to help Chile win Copa America 2015 against Argentina

Chile beat Argentina on penalties to clinch the Copa America in front of their home fans. The 50,000 strong crowd who had gathered in Santiago broke into tears of joy and celebrated like there was no tomorrow. Time for confetti and champagne and fans cheering their lungs out. Fans and the players were in tears at the end of it all and the party went through the night. The Panenka is a difficult penalty technique to pull off and can fall flat on the players’ faces if it manages to go wrong. Here is a fan footage from the advertising boards, only a couple of meters behind Argentine goalkeeper Sergio Romero and the ball was slotted into the back of the net to send the decibel levels to a different octane.
