Shahid Kapoor, Vishal Bhardwaj attend 'Haider' screening at Rome Film Festival

Rome, Oct 25: Actor Shahid Kapoor and filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj attended the screening of their latest venture ‘Haider’ at the 9th edition of Rome Film Festival, Italy. The duo walked the red carpet amidst loud cheers from fans, who had gathered to catch a glimpse of Shahid and Vishal. The 33-year-old actor, who played the titular role in ‘Haider’ which is based on William Shakespeare’s ‘Hamlet’, shook a leg with dancers performing on Bollywood songs on the red carpet.

While Shahid stopped to take pictures with his fans, Vishal met up with Italian film producer Marco Muller, who has co-produced 2001 Oscar-winning war drama ‘No Man’s Land’. Before leaving for Rome, Shahid had taken to twitter to share his excitement about attending the prestigious film festival. “En route Rome film festival to share ‘Haider’.. Big smile happy times.. Morning all.”
