Get ready to see Salman Khan in completely new avatar in Sooraj Barjatya’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo

Salman Khan’s fans are in for a treat with Sooraj Barjatya’s “Prem Ratan Dhan Payo”. The fans will get to see Salman in completely new avatar of Prem after a long gap of more than fifteen years. Over the last few years the fans are being used to see their favourite star in macho and larger than life roles. The super star has delivered back to back block busters with films like Wanted, Dabangg, Dabangg 2, Ready, Boadyguard and Jai Ho.

With Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, the audience will see Salman as a sober boy next door. At a promotional event last week Salman said “It’s the most difficult film I am doing in a very, very long time because it’s been 13 years since I have worked with Sooraj. I have changed so much; I’m not that pure a person anymore. I have seen a lot more.” The actor went on to state “It is very difficult for me to become that Prem once again. I am putting all my films together and this film separately just to unlearn everything that I have learned so far.”

The 47 year old star is currently the most bankable star in Bollywood and all his films are assured of the 100 crore club. He is the most loved and the blued eye guy of Indian film industry currently. The star added “Till that time I don’t get that Prem, I don’t feel it here; it is not going to show on my face. It is actually once again getting me back to what I used to be”. The movie is slated for release in 2015 and stars Soonam Kapoor opposite Salman Khan.

Salman had last worked with Sooraj Barjatya for his movie Hum Saath Saath Hain, which released in 1999. It must be recalled that the due had delivered a mega blockbuster Maine Pyar Kiya when Salman was very young. The super star still acknowledges Suraj’s contribution and added “Sooraj is exactly the same. That innocence that Sooraj had when he wrote Maine Pyar Kiya at the age of 17, he still has that”.

Sooraj is known for making the movies for masses and his new movie is no different. Salman Khan Starrer Prem Ratan Dhan Payo is the most awaited film of 2015 and is set to rock the box office once it releases. The 100 crore should not be much of a challenge however it remains to be seen if it sets the new benchmark and if fans appreciate Salman in this new role.

If a Salman hater has to watch a Salman film, it must be “Prem Ratan Dhan Payo”. Huge expectations on this Salman film since Salman has never ever failed under Sooraj Barjatya (Hum Saath Saath Hain was a very successful film inspite of its failure to match the lofty heights of Hum Aapke Hain Kaun). And in today’s world, Sooraj Barjatya’s film is going to be a god send gift for all of us,, to go back into that beautiful world.
