The country is all set to celebrate its 68th year of Independence Day on August 15. The day holds not only a historic day of our country but will be also an emotional affair for India’s new Prime Minister, Narendra Modi who will deliver his maiden speech addressing the nation from the historic Red Fort on 68th Independence Day on Friday. A proud moment for all the countrymen as they will watch the Prime Minister hoist the tri-coloured National Flag at Red Fort at 7.30 am. The Celebration Ceremony of Independence Day 2014 of India will begin from 6.25 am onwards. This historic moment of the 68th Independence Day Celebrations and Prime Minister’s address to the nation will be available for live streaming at the Official Youtube Page of NIC Webcast.
Narendra Modi sworn in as the Prime Minister of India on May 26 will be hoisting the flag and later be addressing the nation.
